Join us for a unique sunrise yoga experience in the Hicks Nurseries courtyard. Surrounded by nature and the beauty of a summer morning, you'll enjoy an uplifting vinyasa class designed to help reduce stress, improve flexibility, boost circulation, and leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and ready for the day ahead.

This all-levels vinyasa flow will be guided by certified master yoga educator Angela Williams-Jones, ERYT 500, RPYT, RCYT, YACEP, RMT, HYT.

Each participant will receive a complimentary goody bag including a mini plant, bottled water, and a $5 off coupon valid on any purchase made that day. After class, enjoy time to browse the store and discover beautiful plants, home décor, candles, gifts, and more.

Ticket Purchase Terms

By purchasing a ticket for Sunrise Yoga, you acknowledge and agree to participate at your own risk. Hicks Nurseries, its owners, employees, and partners are released from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participation in this event. We recommend that all guests consult with a healthcare provider prior to attending and practice within their own comfort level during the class. In addition, you give Hicks Nurseries the right to use any photos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

Refund & Transfer Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable and may be given to another guest if you are unable to attend.

In the event of rain, the class will be moved indoors to the Hicks Nurseries greenhouse. If severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances require cancellation of the program, participants will be notified and offered the option to receive a refund or apply their ticket to a rescheduled date.

FAQs

Do I need to bring a mat?
Yes, you need to bring your own yoga mat. Hicks Nurseries does not supply or sell yoga mats. We also recommend bringing a towel or blanket for comfort and knee support.

Is this beginner-friendly?
Yes, the instructor will provide options and modifications for all levels.

What should I wear?
Comfortable yoga wear suitable for outdoor summer weather.

What happens if it rains?
If weather conditions are unfavorable, the class will be moved indoors to our greenhouse so the event can continue as scheduled.

Is the store open during the class?
No. The store opens at 8:00 AM. Participants are welcome to browse after class.

What if I'm late?
For everyone's best experience, please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in before class begins.

Is there parking?
Yes, on-site parking is available and free.
