Guided by certified master yoga educator Angela Williams-Jones, ERYT 500, RPYT, RCYT, YACEP, RMT, HYT.

Hicks Nurseries, its owners, employees, and partners are released from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participation in this event. We recommend that all guests consult with a healthcare provider prior to attending and practice within their own comfort level during the class. In addition, you give Hicks Nurseries the right to use any photos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable and may be given to another guest if you are unable to attend.

Is this beginner-friendly? Yes, instructor will provide options and modifications for all levels.
What should I wear? Comfortable layers; the greenhouse is warm.
Do I need to bring a mat? Yes, please bring your own. We also suggest you bring a towel or blanket to place under sensitive knees.
Is the store open to shoppers during the class? No, the store is officially closed to shoppers until 10am.
What if I’m late? For everyone’s best experience, please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in.
Is there parking? Yes, on-site parking is available and free.
