After you have placed the item(s) in your cart and proceed to "CHECKOUT" -- there will be an option to select your preferred delivery method: Store Pick Up or Delivery.

IN-STORE PICK UP

Store pickup is available during normal business hours at our Westbury NY store. Orders will be processed within 24 hours and someone will notify you via email when your order is available to be picked up. On the day of scheduled pick up, bring your emailed receipt and when you arrive at the store, just follow the signs to the designated online pick up area.

DELIVERY

- Delivery is offered to Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. Due to extremely high seasonal demand and truck limitations, expect some delivery delays. Someone will contact you within 24 hours to finalize a delivery date.

- Someone must be home to accept indoor plant deliveries. Other products don't require you to be home, but it's recommended as they will be placed curbside or in your driveway, off to the side and out of the way.

- Delivery rates will be added to your cart. They are based on your zip code/proximity to our Westbury NY store.





FURNITURE DELIVERY

Furniture delivery includes assembly of your product along with final placement. Deliveries are done by a third party. Someone will contact you within 2-3 business days to set-up a day and time that works for you.
